Together, our four facilities boast a combined production capacity of 450.000 Jackets, and 400.000 trousers, about 80% of which is dedicated to made-to-measure, and 20% to ready-to-wear.
Our first factory, as well as our headquarters, located in the city of Botosani, Northeastern Romania, employing over 700 people between offices and factory.
Nowadays, its production capacity is almost entirely dedicated to Made-To-Measure.
Located in Berdychiv (province: Jytomyr Oblast) and counting over 600 employees, this factory was founded in 1920 and acquired by Formens in 2016.
The production lines are dedicated to short and medium Ready-To-Wear series, as well as Made-To-Measure.
A historical Italian tailoring company, renowned for producing garments of an
unparalleled quality, that reached its zenith in the mid 80’s and produced garments
worn by some of the most influential people in the world.
Since the acquisition of a stake in the company in 2021, all of our production lines have benefited from the tremendous knowledge of their craftsmen and experts.
This is also where we produce our most confidential, top of the line MTM garments, entirely Made in Italy.

By May 2025, all production will be moved to the Ain Johra freezone, in a
state-of-the-art 12 000 sqm brand new Factory, built to offer the highest

1MW of solar panels, and offices and canteen with a garden view.
